Walking With My B%$#"!s

Went to the mountains with my dogs (and the wife!).

We had a nice walk. Warm weather with a cool breeze. What more could we ask for.

Just as we started walking I told my wife the only thing I wanted her to be careful about was the mamushi (a poisonous adder). Around 2 minutes later we ran into one. Bit of irony there, but happy I saw him first.

Checking the GPS.

  1. Great pics...lovely autobio title too. My foodie mind can sadly only process these pics in terms of "truffle hunting/wild raspberries/takenoko/& pork glorious pork!!"...I'd make a sorry tracker for sure.

  2. Reminds me of 'change the world'. "20 years later, when the young traveller returned..." Also, like your construction-worker toe-shoes. --Win

  3. Why does blogger cut out the right side of the pictures? Not cool.
